3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, with consent).

Consent (analytics) and legitimate interest / pre-contract steps (responding to enquiries).

5. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not use it for advertising or remarketing. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). 6. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We use service providers (processors) under appropriate data-processing agreements, which may include: Google (analytics), .

7. International data transfers

Some processors (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

Enquiry data: kept until your enquiry is handled and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months.

9. Your rights
